Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 06 Sample

Good Morning!

Hope you find some time to get in on this challenge! The rules couldn't be any easier! Use any of of our face stamps on anything and only one entry per person. :) The more that enter.. the more the dollar amount of the gift certificate to www.peachykeenstamps.com!! See our challenge blog for more details.

Have a great day!
Sincerely,
KathyJ

I had a chance to play but only for a little bit today! I actually have had this guy painted for quite some time and in my stash. I used red chalk for his cheeks and if I recall, I used the following Americana Acrylics to paint him (if not.. this is pretty close and will work fine):

Lamp Black
Graphite
Grey Sky
Titanium White
Santa Red
Russet
Bright Orange
Burnt Orange
Lt. Avocado
Avocado
Plantation Pine

I found this cheapy little vinyl album at Wal-mart with a pretty ugly front on it that was just a piece of printed cardstock. When I got home, I traced out that ugly cardstock on the back of this bright and cheery argyle for both the front and back. The argyle cardstock is from PC Grade School Stack. I cut the Snowman (6") from the Cricut Cartridge, Stretch Your Imagination and used a face from PK-522 Winter Faces 1 1/4". He looks okay for a 15 minute put together job! LOL

What I used to create this mini album:
Peachy Keen Stamps PK-522 Winter Faces 1 1/4"
Americana Acrylics
DecoArt Control Medium
Loew-Cornell Brushes *see list right column
PC Cardstock Grade School Stack (JoAnn Fabric)

Peachy Keen Stamps - DT Samples to date

Here are all of my DT samples that I have made since Peachy Keen Stamps started doing challenges. I have included myself on our Design Team, mostly to make myself get some "FUN" in!! These were all a blast to make and I look forward to making more! I will supply a color palette for my future projects done in Americana Acrylics or in Copics. Please note that I have a Basic Supply List for painted cards in the right hand column.

Go to our challenge blog and check out some AWESOME cards!! I can't believe what these girls can do with a simple stamped image! They have created some of the most magnificent cards I have ever seen. I love to see what EVERYONE makes so be sure to join in on our challenges on the challenge blog!! YOU are my greatest teacher!

Hope you are having a great day!
Sincerely,
KathyJ

Hello out there!

Here it is .. my own blog! Thank you, Angelica, for getting this started for me. (Angelica is my oldest daughter) It will be fun to make, create and converse! I miss interacting with customers as Dave and I don't do conventions anymore. Our online business consumes MOST of our time and energy. I've SO enjoyed my life in designing yet I know there is much to learn and so many things to create. Come along on my journey!! :)
